Introductory Offer Details

Initial Evaluation Session

The first Initial Evaluation session is 30 minutes long. We will be reviewing your medical history, going over our Service Policies, discussing our protocol and precautions, and  answering your questions. 

We may request you get a Doctor’s release prior to starting the program for any medical condition for which we deem a Doctor’s release is necessary.

The following forms must be reviewed, signed and returned to us at the Initial Evaluation session: 

  • Information Form
  • Informed Consent, Release and Waiver of Liability 
  • Service Policies

It is critical that you read, fill out, sign and bring these new client forms with you to your Initial Evaluation. Every minute is needed for evaluating your specific medical considerations, and preparing you for your SafeStrength® Training. There is no time allotted for you to fill out the forms during your session.

Personalized Equipment Set-up Session 

In the next 30-minute session we create a personalized setup for you on the first machines you will be using.

First SafeStrength® Session

This session is ½ hour of more intense exercise, along with expanding on the principles of slow motion, high intensity strength training. Your Trainer will review precautions for safety, and will be with you face to face, one-to-one for the entire time you are training: setting up, positioning, instructing, and recording data.

Second & Third  SafeStrength® Sessions 

By the end of the third full session you will begin to experience slow motion, high intensity strength training at its best and from then on you will know beyond a doubt the benefits of personal strength training using this method.

Each SafeStrength® Training session will last approximately 20 minutes, with an additional 10 minutes allotted to review any paperwork, discuss progress, or any new medical issues that need to be brought to your trainer’s attention.
