You will have your own personally designed strength training program and a wellness coaching session.
You will learn the safest, most effective strength training program available today.
You will learn NLP coaching and motivational skills and improve your communication skills in all areas of your life.
Be part of a select group of SafeStrength® Trainers trained in both strength training instruction and coaching.
Study with exciting, passionate, service-oriented Trainers and Coaches.
Learn skills, attitudes, and practices that will benefit your health and wellbeing for the rest of your life.
You’ll have the skills and abilities to work for a fitness business or start your own fitness business.
The design of this program is for instruction to be “hands-on” in the studio. This is an experiential training program so much of your time will be spent learning to:
Set up the equipment
Align or position the client in the equipment
Coach the client during the training
Chart the results
You will be required to read and understand all materials, as well as pass both a written and practical exam to become a Certified SafeStrength® Trainer.
