Initial Evaluation Session

The Initial Evaluation session is from 60 to 90 minutes long. First we review your medical history, answering your questions and discussing precautions. Then we create a personalized setup for you on the first machines you will be using.

We may request you get a Doctor’s release prior to starting the program for any medical condition for which we deem a Doctor’s release is necessary.

The following forms must be reviewed, signed and returned to us at the first session: (links to the forms are below)

  • Informed Consent
  • Release and Waiver of Liability and
  • Service Policies

It is critical that you read, fill out, sign and bring these new client forms with you to your Initial Evaluation. Every minute is needed for evaluating your specific medical considerations, and preparing you for your SafeStrength® Training. There is no time allotted for you to fill out the forms during your session.

Second Session

The second session is ½ hour of more intense exercise, along with expanding on the principles of slow motion, high intensity strength training. Your Trainer will review precautions for safety, and will be with you face to face, one-on-one for the entire time you are training: setting up, positioning, instructing, and recording data.

Subsequent SafeStrength® Sessions

By the third session you will begin to experience slow motion, high intensity strength training at its best and from then on you will know beyond a doubt the benefits of personal strength training using this method.

Each SafeStrength® Training session will last approximately 20 minutes, with an additional 10 minutes allotted to review any paperwork, discuss progress, or any new medical issues that need to be brought to your trainer’s attention.
